Reminds me of a joke:

A woman is walking down the beach with her little boy when a rogue wave comes in and washes the boy out to sea. The woman falls to her knees, looks up to heaven, and prays:

"Lord, please return my boy to me."

Another rogue wave comes in and dumps the child at her feet. She takes a look at her son, looks up at the heavens again, and says:
