Not sure what is on the front surface to the right of his cheek ... paper lift? Also the back is dirty / stained; at the top left appears to be maybe mildew and the top right might be some chipping.
Guessing its easier to see all this with the slab in-hand. Maybe a wrinkle that the scan isn't picking up? It is certainly priced like it is under-graded
