100 percent depends on which groups you are in. Many are great, some are not.
Great way to meet friends and engage in the hobby as well. Last edited by parkplace33; 03-17-2022 at 11:44 AM. |

I do the majority of my selling in Facebook groups. You just need the right group. Noteworthy is that I mainly sell high grade PSA card and (mostly) unopened material, which is pretty easy to move anywhere.

My personal experience trying to do any memorabilia transactions on FB:
--Agreed with Robert that people try talking to you as though you're a clueless rube. --When you list an item, there are no shortage of people willing to tell you it's worth two dollars and proceed to make such offers. --When someone else lists their $2 item, it's always for far more than $2. Facebook groups have been a 95% waste of my time, yet have somehow bumped into a couple of decent folks and made a couple of deals. Most of what I buy on Facebook (Marketplace) has nothing to do with cards or memorabilia, but with patience you can find good deals on shipping and storage supplies! |
