Thanks! I did... I haven't been shy about gobbling up as many as I can...we got some kids with lots of potential! (I've drunk on the kool-aid, haha)

I have to wonder if the batch of new graders have been 'overtrained' and how much hands-on supervision they receive at the workplace?
When SGC first started out in the mid '90s, I doubt centering was even one of their grading criteria. They were notorious for giving juicy grades to cards way o/c.
