Thanks guys, then its not just me. I sent in a support request through the website, hopefully they figure out what is happening in the background and get this fixed.

I emailed their support, a guy responded and said it was working, to which I politely informed him it still wasn't working, and I haven't heard anything since. That was like a day after I created this thread.

This is really not a good look for SGC, as it competes with PSA. Downtime for a few hours or maybe a day due to technical maintenance is one thing, but for this long? It is very concerning that they don't prioritise this.
