After selling off most of my vintage cards, I probably still have around 3K, but most are PostWW2. Probably, four or five times that in '81-present issues (the true addiction portion).

5,000? 7,000?
Hard to say really. The bulk would be junk wax era from pack pulls as a kid that I still have in a 3,200 count box (and smaller ones) in the closet. The bulk of my collection that I care about today (vintage stars, and sets I'm working on) is much smaller - maybe less than 1500 cards.

If you count all the junk wax, probably about 5,000. If you just count the ones I've picked up in the years since I discovered eBay and Net54, probably about 800.

Most of it's junk wax, but I have somewhere between 15K and 20K, and my dad has another 15K or so. My real collection is more like 3500 cards.
