Epson V700 here.
If you like your Canon 5600F you might want to look into "Silverfast 8" scanner software and see if it can integrate with your Canon. Might cost a few bucks, but cheaper then buying a newer competent scanner. A few years ago, my Epson scanner software stopped working for me after my Windows PC did an update. Couldn't get it to work for anything. Thought I'd have to trash my Epson, that I loved. Found the Silverfast program and have been using it ever since. My Epson drivers eventually updated to the point I could use my Epson software again, over a year later or so, but I found the Silverfast software superior to it and never went back. |
