Does PSA grade photos like these Dodger photos including Jackie Robinson?

The reason for my question was because of size of holders etc. And that these photos are not "professionally" produced.

But it is NOT true PSA will "authenticate absolutely anything" as you say. One thing I am aware of is they do not grade Exhibit Football cards. I am sure there are other issues and things as well.
