That PSA 2.5 1952 Topps Mantle is my favorite of the auction too. It’s centering is exceptional. If I ever get one, that is how I would itto look. I would take it over most of the 4s and 5s that I see out there.

w/ 2 weeks left OMG!FOR a PSA 2.5!!!!!! Thats a stunning beauty!! Can we say a record price??? As quoted in decscription: Even VG specimens have achieved record-setting prices in 2021, with several eye pleasing examples fetching $85K and $90K, and an absolutely stunning PSA 3 realizing a "record for the grade" $162K figure in March 2021. |

I guess, to reference a different thread running concurrently, that signed 1963 Fleer Clemente is my white whale. It is the only card I lack for my signed '63 Fleer set. But, it is way out of my budget. I told someone that I should have bid on it right after it opened. Not because I expected to win, but just so I can say that I did.
Thankfully, Scott over at The Collector's Connection has 4 different signed 1960 and 1961 Fleer cards that I need in his current auction.. Last edited by carlsonjok; 08-27-2022 at 06:02 PM. |
