I imagine that for someone who bought a Wagner years ago, the surge in prices might make it potentially life-altering money if the card is sold. I'd certainly sell a card that could retire me on the spot, if I had one.

I'm thinking the consigner is probably well off financially, if not very wealthy and the money probably isn't going to change their life much.

It’s not a rare card so at these price levels it shouldn’t surprise anyone when they come to market.

It's the same one that sold in Heritage last spring for 2.28 million.

Did not realize it was the same one. Maybe I should have.

It went for 2.28 million dollars so it will be interesting to see what it goes for now.
