John Hiller won 17 games as a relief pitcher in 1971, but he also pitched in 150 innings that year.
Looking for the second most wins by a 93 inning pitcher in a year. Nice try though.

Ron Davis went 14-2 for the Yanks in 85 innings pitched in 1979. Closest I could think of at the moment.
BTW Davis started his career off at 24-5.....and it was all downhill from there, as he finished his career with a .470 winning percentage. |
