Framed items without glass fine. It's a matter of protection.

This ^^^ ....what a cool piece Leon. I decided to get it re-glassed. The price I was quoted was WAYYYYYYYY less than what I was expecting. (Under $70)...and that is with UV glass.

Since you're going to keep it and have it on display, definitely get it re-glassed but make sure it's a good UV glass. Best thing to do is to look on the internet for some local framers. A lot of times you find a mom and pop place that gets great reviews and will do the work for a reasonable cost.

I use a local art house. They tend to be wayyyy cheaper than chains like Michael's.

Do what Jay said up there about uv glass... but it'll be much more not a bit more. You want archival protection, otherwise your mancave light will eventually bleach those cards, the ink will fade.
