I wonder when these 904- PSA cards were graded.
I have some missing corner cards like this that are 1’s but a green Cobb that got a 1.5. 3 is too generous. |

It is an old holder but if you look at PSA 3 examples that have been sold in VCP, no others are even close to looking like this card.
