Can’t speak to the Gemint service specifically, but with PSA, you don’t get to see your grades until they get through the last step in the process, and you’ve paid for it.

You used to be able to see your grades by mobile app when the cards were at the Assembly stage, which is step 5 out of 8 (i.e. just prior to QA Check #1). Unsure if you can still do that - but there was a YouTube video on how to do it.
