The description indicates grade is a "4". Probably because of the centering. I looked up the cert and it is correct and that is in fact the card on the PSA web site.

Yes, I saw that. The seller's use of MINT seemed to be regarding the "clean edges" and there is something that indicates '(read)" in the description. Perhaps the sellers way of letting everyone know to read the details. It's a crap selling tactic for sure.
