I'm think the brow is wrong for Cochrane. The more I look the more I think its -
a. Greenberg (which dates these 47 or newer)
b. Virgil Trucks
c. Hoot Evers
d. Sugar Ray Robinson
Just my 2 cents and that's all it's worth, lol.
