Jim, the Virginia League cards comprise the easiest T210 subset to collect, so collecting a Richmond subset of Series 2 is a doable endeavor. I collect only the Series 2 because I collect all Virginia League cards, and I was able to complete this Series many years ago. Here's a pic of my Richmond cards:
