I see a recent John Lackey also sold on eBay.
They look like a fantasy piece, unlicensed. Could have been made by one of those historical fantasy makers like Banty Red or the beer company that also makes fantasy pieces.

Yeah, Helmar was the other one I was thinking of. But a period article that was linked on Blowout makes it look like this was just some random Cubs fan that created it.

Thanks, I am sure it is a fantasy piece. Do not think it was Helmar since they normally put their name on and know it wasn't Banty Red since i know the owner. May very well have been made in Chicago by some Chicagoan. I looked at the one sold on eBay and it was a 2010 Topps insert. Thanks.
