Yep, saw on that page yesterday. I mentioned in the comments that we had problems with him on N54.

I think Paul is sitting in this postcard picture. He said he caught a 200 lbs. sailfish.

But seriously, defrauding someone for the sale amount of a card of that value should involve jail time. Unless the whole thing is a joke???

He knows PSA doesn't issue 9.5s, right?

He doesn’t know. This is the guy who was too stupid to read that his name was on all of the posts he kept making and that we all knew who the Bass poster was. Not knowing a PSA 9.5 doesn’t even exist sounds exactly like this dipshit - very low effort scammer.

Default eBay authentication process
The authentication process may have been developed to help prevent fraud--once a card is receive and authenticated, they forward on to the buyer--

If the buyer tries to return the card, I assume the item first goes back through the authentication process, but not sure--??
