Have absolutely no clue where this is taken. But I really love the setting. Ca. 1939.

This is possibly taken in Cooperstown at the 1st HOF game. I have a picture of Bob Feller from this game and it looks very similar. The date on the back also would cover the fact that the pic was processed sometime in July or August of 1939. This lines up with my theory. The fan that took the snapper was apparently a resident of WI that got the pic processed after he returned home.
