Great service. Piece of mind when you are traveling.
UPS provides same service. You can redirect to the nearest UPS Store and pick up. But they have a charge. $4.95 I think.

$8.95. I had to do that once on a UPS package.

And a few times UPS disregarded my instructions. Has been seamless with Fed Ex.
