Because Larkin was 11 and it's been retired it should be easy to find...logically.
It's definitely not Larkin, and the few other players that would have been alive to sign that are not a match I know of. So it might be a minor league player in the Reds system or another team altogether (which would be a weird choice of cards to offer). It looks like a very modern signature in form, so I am leaning toward minor league I am going to be impressed if someone knows this one.
