I might be a little biased, but how about this guy!!!! I would add Pete Rose to but keeping it Pre War.

As a Braves fan I'm 100% with you on Bobby Cox. I just wish he had guided them to more than one World Series win.

Not one of the top Managers but still a Manager from a seldom seem Cuban issue still with the matches inside and Cuban Tax Stamp attached
