I've been putting some effort into finishing up my 1970-71 OPC set over the last month. I got these ones in the other day and am now down to needing the Sittler and Clarke RCs.

I got a few in from 1965-66 Topps. I haven't added to this set for a long time (partly because I collect way too many sets all at once).

Here's my boy, Walter White (and Black):

Don't let the cute fool you; he's racked up over a dozen rat kills that I know of, plus a baby raccoon. He's a big, heavy pounce hunter; should have named him "Thud" because when he hits the floor it is with a thud. He's so strong that when he head-butts me he can knock me off balance if I am not paying attention. It gets pretty annoying when I am asleep in my recliner.

But I digress...

That is a really nice Parkie Howe. I always admire a nice #9. I may have to look for one of those.

Here are some recent additions to my 1923-24 Paulins set. I’m over half way on this one now. All of these are stamp cancelled but I do have quite a few that are hole punched.

Congrats, Scott.

I'm not putting together the set but I did manage to find the 2 you need on a vintage hockey facebook site for decent money if you haven't looked there yet?

Good Luck.

Hi Irv,

My cat generated a large vet bill so I'm out of action for a month or two.

What group are you looking in? I have a couple I'm in but don't think I've seen these two cards for a few months on Facebook.

Thanks,
Scott

Picked up a few low grade Quaker Oats photos and this brings me to a total of 13. Long way to go!

I also got in some 61-62 Topps in low grade and am probably getting close to half done the set now.

Sorry to hear about your cat, Scott. Currently dealing with one of ours now as well.

The 2 above I purchased likely 2-3 yrs ago now from "Vintage Hockey Cards & Collectables". I haven't been there/purchased anything in months from anyone, but when I did, it was a pretty tight run ship.

Good luck.

Cute cats!
I buy from that group as well - it seems quite drama free compared to a lot of the other ones.

Here’s one of my guys showing off a card from his favourite set….

Thanks. Yours is good looking as well.

That's what I found with that site/group too. It seems to be a tight run ship. I've likely purchased a dozen or so from members there without any hitches at all.

Here's one of mine checking out our favorite card.
