I have seen both the Hodges and Roy Campanella . Both with 2 different sleeves: one for Howard Clothes and one generic with no advertising. Both are quite difficult to find. The Roe sold by ITP was the only one I had seen.

Just to show size in case anyone is curious, the Howard Clothes records are 7" and the H-O Oatmeal are 5".

You can tell the difference looking at Dukes Teeth in both. And you can tell with campy by looking where his left sleeve meets the glove. Or the graphic on the front of his shirt shows the difference as well.
