There is literally a member who's username is invest in rookies. The world of taking responsibility for your decisions is gone, unfortunately. You can thank the everybody gets a trophy parents from the 80's , to the hot coffee McDonalds mom, etc, etc...
Tort reform is what this country needs but good luck getting it.

I've been saying this for decades, but the trial lawyers association is a very heavy contributor to a specific party, so it'll never happen.
