I wish I could say for sure it was fake because then I could have posted "no chance". As it is, I will leave it to the experts.

That certainly looks real to me. If you're comfortable with the surface abrasions, then bid with confidence. That's a nice, big border at the top.
When you get that card, illuminate the back side with a black light... That card won't fluoresce, because it's real.
