The pictures (probably cell phone pictures) make it look a little off but it's real.

That certainly looks real to me. If you're comfortable with the surface abrasions, then bid with confidence. That's a nice, big border at the top.

When you get that card, illuminate the back side with a black light... That card won't fluoresce, because it's real.

I don’t like it. Scanner issue or not. The name looks black and should be brown. He used a regular filter on the back in one picture but kept the brightness high for the front. JMO.
