Curious about an SGC grade
Don’t think I’m outing an auction here, as it is a BIN. But I know from experience that SGC will not grade a card with a rubber stamping on the back any higher than a 30, no matter if the rest of the card is mint. So how does a card with a ghost image on the back get a 60? Any explanation is appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, someone on the board will soon tell us who the ghost image is.
That price tag seems a bit optimistic.

Ghosting is treated differently from a rubber stamp imprint, as it occurred at the factory, not afterward.
I have never seen a T206 with a back on both sides before, and the only way we can know this is a Becker card is by the crisp ghosting. Very cool!

Not sure now to answer other than the obvious. A back stamp and ghost image aren't the same thing. And a stamp is added by someone after the card was made. The ghost image was printed at the factory.
