In my experience blue (for all M116s) have always been more expensive and desirable than the pastel. Maybe that margin has grown lately, but I don’t think so- I just think the price of both types of Wagners have grown such that $5k vs $8k is now $50k vs $80k

Hmmm... either I got an exceptional deal on the blue, or I paid too much (at the time) for the pastel. More likely the latter lol.
