It is a team issued photo. PSA doesn't grade them but other than the couple I've owned, I don't recall seeing them around.

Hi Howard, Thank you so much for posting this information & Docpatlv asking about it . Been trying to find more info about this team issue card. I assume this is also a 1971 issue. Wonder why PSA stopped grading it. Oh well. Thanks again.

TJ, Those with the white box are 1971 team issued Sunday photos. They were distributed to fans for autograph sessions conducted at Three Rivers Stadium prior to Sunday day games. There is not a definitive checklist. The autographed ones I have in my collection are as follows. I do not have a signed Clemente portrait version*. I hope this helps.
