I was wondering if anyone else was noticing that! Some kind of shenanigans going on there. So dumb and certainly has to have the intention of concealing some shortcoming or failure of PSA that they are tired of being exposed.

There used to be an old phrase: "Never ascribe something to malice which could easily be explained by incompetence." But then, it is PSA.
