Liver sausage - sometimes Called scrapple (head cheese)
Basically pork floor sweepings - Fry up in the skillet till almost black eat with eggs over easy . Had to give it up because of the gout Last edited by Beercan collector; 12-30-2023 at 03:44 PM.
