Agree they have been seen stuck on cards before. But Pete, who
Is not a novice collector, says he can not detect a a transition. I have a set of the 4 in 1s but have never peeled one and applied it to something .. and am not starting now��. But no matter how thin they are would there not be a transition ? Plus the area on the right side of the sticker looks peculiar to me. Al, it's a Topps Decal, not a 4 in 1-- the poses are different. The decals would basically transfer the image and at most would leave a somewhat sticky surface for a short while. That would be about the only "transition".

Definitely a decal; you can see the border equidistant around the black border line. Waste of time to grade.

Those decals are extremely thin. The black border around Gibson wouldn't be rubbed off in areas if it was printed on the card.
