Nice story, Jay. Chad was awesome. I had the privilege of having a tour also. He, as well as Doug (hey Doug, if you read this) and Ginni were awesome hosts for the several hours I was there.
The life size Shaq was pretty cool... Here I am at their museum swinging a Ruth bat. I still had a little hair on the sides. This must have been approximately 20 yrs ago. .
