My sign today is a Memorial Stadium sign from the 1970s – 1980s. This sign is made of plastic and gives directions to the ramp leading to the upper seating sections. Nothing special but they like ok cool randomly displayed. The sign measures 18 x 5 inches.

I’d really like to have some of the larger signs, but need a large room which I don’t have. Also, I live in FL so no basement… It’s a good looking sign to me.

Back to my signs…today I am showing you one of my favorite Memorial Stadium signs. This iconic sign is very hard to find and will cost you a few dollars. The sign features the stadium and points you to the right. The sign is made of metal and measures 24 x 30 inches. If I showed this one before, my apologies.

That is definitely my favorite Memorial Stadium sign. I remember this sign as a kid traveling to the stadium. I’m a bit surprised that this sign doesn’t sell for more money than the going rate. To me it would be a must for any O’s collection.

Day 152 – 1 June 2024
Today’s sign is a smaller one from the 1950s. This sign is bright orange and made of cardboard and measures 14.5 x 11 inches. It was displayed in the window at Memorial Stadium where you would buy your tickets.

Day 153 – 2 June 2024
Today’s sign is a bright orange almost red with blue letters. This is another directional sign telling drivers Memorial Stadium is to the right. The sign celebrates the two WS championships from 1966 and 1970 so I assume it is from the 1970s or before 1983. The sign is metal and measures 24 x 18 inches. This is an awesome sign.
