There really isn't any more to it. Details I guess. It was in 1995 and the card is a 1995-96 Upper Deck Collector's Choice Theoren Fleury base card.

A few years ago I inquired to a Beckett rep when he was at the LCS about it and he said to not bother. Especially because you have to put cards into those semi-rigid holders and then the graders have to take it out.

I will try to find it so I can take a photo to show
