My father was born and raised in Paterson NJ and went to HS in Fair Lawn (where he was good friends with Ron Perranoski) but was (and remains) a die-hard Cardinals fan. Stan Musial was his guy with Marty Marion a close second. Then Gibson, Simmons, Hrabosky and Tudor. Not sure he could name too many of the current team but still keeps an eye on the team as much as he is capable of.
