It sounds like all the concern for his well being were misplaced. The stolen case was likely just one part of his inventory. Cancel the GoFundMe.

Rumor has it the culprits are known. And rumor has it they probably aren't in the US anymore.

Exactly. It was Moe behind the liquor store, who told me.

I don't really want to say except it's someone pretty close to the investigation. And it's not the victim. I haven't spoken with him in 6 months or more.....
