Pasted below are the bidding rules that were added to each lot listing at 9pm EST:

Extended Bidding! You may only bid on lots you have bid on prior. Bidding continues until no bids have been placed in the entire auction for 15 minutes. If the auction continues to 12AM ET every lot will enter a final 15 minute lot-by-lot close.
