These cards get crazy money in bad condition. This auction seems a fair price for a card that looks really nice.

It's a very nice looking card. My only concern is whether the creases that have been pressed out will return.

They are still there, but improved or softened. You just need to know how to look for them. This buyer is not getting a crease-free card. This is just one area of the card, front and back where the creasing runs the full length of the card, side to side. There are more areas as well. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Ill never forgive myself for not picking up a rough condition one 10-12 years ago when I could of made it work. Now even poor conditioned ones are just too much for me to justify.

You might be saying the same thing in another decade. If you put your mind to it and stay hyper focused on getting to that goal, you’ll achieve it sooner than you think. Life is just too short to live with regrets so go after it.

Well, if the guy says he can't afford/justify the card, it seems to me the last thing he needs is a pep talk.

I'm gonna let you guys in on a little secret about card restoration. Pressing cards flat to smash them and give them a larger footprint is not a thing. I know you've all read that it is in fact a thing that card doctors do, and have heard that rumor for decades. But I assure you, this is not a thing.

I think authentic altered cards with strong eye appeal, particularly with high-end cards, is one of the best places you can put your money in this hobby.

And, I have it on good word, by some good ones too. It is definitely a thing.
