Many of the prewar items are mine, including some rare Cobbs, Wagners, Mathewsons, 3 moonlight Graham items, and some very tough and early Thorpe items.

I looked at the preview and stopped once I saw the end of Ryan’s cards. Which took a few pages.

Yes, it is. And it’s particularly unique bc it has no team and you can see an overprint name tag was placed over the original name/team scroll.

I have lockdown bids on all Ryan's stuff so don't worry about bidding...Jerry

Let us know what you're not bidding on so we can pick up the scraps.

Jerry, you probably once owned half my collection… only a slight exaggeration. Leon owned stuff too. It’s funny how stuff gets passed around the board, either from auction or privately

Ryan thanks for the kind words but my collection pales(d) next to yours...Phil, I will post my bids tomorrow night...just for clarification "lockdown bids" means Tim Walz will come to your house and shoot you with a paint-gun if you attempt to outbid me...Jerry

I remember the day the Rose Graham was listed here and it was gone very quickly!

I remember the night it closed in REA about 15 years ago with literally zero mention on their part. I got the catalog and it was in a lot of maybe 12-15 Rose Postcards. Nothing in the write up about the importance. They just listed off all the players included and I'm about 99% sure he was listed as just "and Graham." I put a place holder bid in and waited for that night. It made so much sense that it would be him, but REA failed to highlight it in any way I couldn't fathom they wouldn't mention Moonlight Graham so when I went and won something else in the auction I was watching. The entire lot sold for about $1k. I would have went 5x higher if I was certain it was it him. A week later a member here proudly showed it off. I've never regretted any auction or item as much as that one.
