Agreed. My immediate thought was that it's a facsimile. They used a genuine signature to create it, but traced over it to make it bolder for their purposes. This explains why it still bears resemblance to a legitimate autograph, yet appears shaky, heavy/slow, slightly misformed and pen lifts/ink fills in inappropriate places. We've seen this time and again with facsimiles found on other items like cards and Autoballs.
