Anything's possible if one of these guys stays healthy and shows later career resurgence or even just consistency, like an Adrian Beltre or Dave Winfield.
Most players pretty much peter out by 34-35 but some obviously stay healthy enough and impactful enough to overcome their earlier career projections. Not the type of players most collectors "invest" in, but still, possible HOF'ers, yes.
