I somehow missed he was only doing one of each card. I agree that the "special/big" cards in the hobby could be a good investment. I can say everyone that sees the ones I have think they are extremely cool until I tell them what they cost. Then they think I am joking because they say they look like a grade school kids art project. |

challenge those people to make one as good Tim's and you'll pay them for it. Hell there's at least one other guy charging for this type of art that I wouldn't even consider paying, as the quality is nowhere near as good, and I doubt most of your art critic acquaintances could match his quality!

The Kelly was apparently offered up in 2018 by LOTG but did not open at 3K it seems. In 2022 the same consignor sold the N162 Anson for 7200 with LOTG. Maybe the hobby loves the Anson more than the Kelly but that shows appreciation in a 4 year period.

My last 5 pieces. The Ruth, Tiger, and Federer were commissions. The Jackson and DiMaggio were completed as side projects.

Tim,
Your work is getting so much more precise and detailed. The contrast is really popping now even in the minor details. Great job man. Andrew

I agree. I've always liked these but those last five are especially great.
