I would like to talk to the buyer and ask what are you thinking unless no money will be changing hands which is quite possible..

I got a nice response from the seller here, who told me that I shouldn't assume everyone is a "terrible person", before then calling me an idiot. Nice.

Looks like somebody took an exemplar found online and tried printing it off on an old receipt with their home printer.
