Skies are fairly prominent in these E90-1 American Caramel cards, as well as about half of the 1911 Obak shown. The 1933 George C. Miller cards have a nice generic 'nature' background. And in the low-flying, pedestrian world of non-baseball cards, below is a Sky Birds aviatrix and T218 pedestrian.

The 1962 Topps #139 Babe Hits 60 'Green Tint' is the card for you. Man, they turned everything on it leafy green - fans, stanchion, dirt, sock, dugout...
