Nope. Looks like trim tape. Just makes it more artistic and desirable.......and portable.

And leaves painted surfaces intact when removed. I wall-mount all my produce and food product jars under 3 pounds with it.

Duct tape makes it art, so that is why avoid using it. To avoid potential lawsuits, of course.

Do you have a special technique for mounting raspberries and blueberries? Those always give me trouble.
