Circling back on this comment, Kaline is wearing his Leone's uniform (Sandlot team from Baltimore, MD where he played in 1953). I assume this means that this 1947-66 Exhibit was released shortly after his arrival in Detroit. Here's a wire photo of Kaline (not mine) from 1953 where he's in his Leone's gear:
