Lions are certainly an entertaining team. Fun game last night. Jared Goff is one of the strangest QB's I've ever seen. Every ball out of his hands looks like a lame duck, but it gets where its going almost every time. He does kind of have that Drew Brees touch on the ball. Doesn't always look pretty, but extremely catchable. Great story.

I'd like to see them make a run at it. Dan Campbell was originally drafted by the Giants and spent 4 years with them, so it's enough of a connection to give me an excuse to root for them.

Read the devastating article about Woody Johnson in the Athletic. Wow. I guess it isn't fair to entirely blame Aaron Rodgers for the Jets sucking so badly. I mean, the guy is out there on McAfee laughing at the Jets himself!

It's funny that the Giants have an even crappier on-field product, but they are not seen as as much of a laughingstock as the Jets.
